This marks one of several times that the vehicle had to be brought in to refix something we were told was fixed on the prior visit. While being worked on personal belongings that where in areas that were not worked on were tossed around the vehicle. We are repeat buyers at Courtesy and feel that both the sales and service have taken a plunge over the years. This will have been our last purchase with Courtesy and its affiliates. We will find another dealership for our future automotive purchase due to the changes in qualty..

Was met by a young man named Bradley Lastie at the front door. I Explained what I was shopping for he showed me three options and within 10 minutes we were on a test drive and around and hour later we were completely satisfied and doing paperwork on my new vehicle. I was at the dealership around 2 hours and drove away very satisfied.
