This marks one of several times that the vehicle had to be brought in to refix something we were told was fixed on the prior visit. While being worked on personal belongings that where in areas that were not worked on were tossed around the vehicle. We are repeat buyers at Courtesy and feel that both the sales and service have taken a plunge over the years. This will have been our last purchase with Courtesy and its affiliates. We will find another dealership for our future automotive purchase due to the changes in qualty..
