Was given an appointment for 12:30PM, I get there and the attendant tells me that āthe technicians go to lunch at 12:30 PM until 1:30PM, so it will be a couple of hoursā!

Good overall experience with Isaiah Miller, Johnny Meaux. and John Barrar. I love the Buick product (ENCORE) and try to update my cars at about 50,000-60,000 miles. There was no pressure to purchase additional warranties and insurance, which I greatly appreciated. Isaiah was helpful, but not high pressure.

Truck went in for a leaking transfer case. Even though its a 2024 it is not a big deal to me. I am supposed to go back when the seal comes in. My issue with this visit is my DEF fluid got refilled when it was full already. Spilled over a lot. Whoever spilled it didn't wipe it up and all the black plastic and around the filler neck is crystalized white and down my truck bed. I do not treat my vehicles like this. I am not touching it until my follow up visit. It will be cleaned or plastic replaced to the condition it showed up in. Just waiting to show the service department for my follow up visit.
