As in the past, my experience with Courtesy GMC Johnston was really good. Victor, my service advisor/writer is simply amazing. I truly appreciate his kindness and honesty. He has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. As far as GM (BUICK) the manufacture, that was a disappointment. To know of my valued customer status, my service record and to deny me assistance on a known factory defective part is heartbreaking. There is record of this Part on the Enclave failing as far back as 2017. When you pay in excess of $65,000 (Avenir) for a vehicle you expect more. I have been contemplating the ultimate Denali 1500 since this issue started my hesitation is after purchase am I no longer viewed as valuable!!! Victor, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING,
