Confirmed Service Customer
Thank you for taking the time to ask me how our experience went at your dealership. First of all, my wife and I were very displeased with the service and unfair charging. Secondly, when we made the appointment over the phone we were not notified that a fee of $150.00 would be charged to us for computer inspection. Thirdly, upon arrival, the service tech asked us what was wrong with our Buick and we told him their were two service warnings that needed attention. That's when he preceeded to ask us if we were told that a fee of $150.00 would be charged to us if we decided to have the vehicle inspected. So we agreed to his request. And lastly, after about an hour, Brandon came to me with paper work explaining that their was basically nothing wrong with the car. So I asked him if our warranty coverage would cover the initial fee of $150.00 computer charge. His response was if they had to change a part then the waranty coverage would have covered the expense. So my question to who ever reads this post is, why have warranty coverage if waranty does not benefit and protect the consumer's investment? This is poor and unethical business practice.
