Confirmed Service Customer
This last experience is why I have usually steered away from servicing my vehicles at the dealership. The dealership had been down due to a computer issue for more than a week, however that was not an issue as I planned for the truck to spend time there. I went over all of my request with the service writer and waited for a call with the issues found. After receiving a call to pickup my truck I found that the request made were not done and asked why that was with no answer. I was assured that the manager would call, however was never contacted. Usually when I pay for a service I expect that it was completed to the fullest requirement of the vehicle and the customer.
