Confirmed Service Customer
I experienced sluggish starting and contacted the dealership on Friday, August 23, 2024, around 10:30 am inquiring about an appointment. I was told to come in between two and four in the afternoon for the service department to diagnose whether it was the battery or other issue such as the starter or alternator, etc. I arrived just before three and the service department immediately took in my truck. Within a short time they determined that the battery needed to replaced, took care of it and I was out shortly after four pm.
