Appointment system doesn���t speed things up. Had a 2pm appt arrived at 130 and did not leave 4 for an oil change and rotation.

This was my first time negotiating a deal for an automobile. I've previously always had friends who worked in the the business and took care of everything for me, so I'm especially happy that I found at Courtesy a very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous sales force. I got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price with no pressure or hype and all my questions answered promptly. I have already begun recommending the dealership and the staff to friends and family and am happy to have the chance to recommend them here. Very attentive to my needs for my vehicle. The staff is always amazing. I leave Opelousas for maintenance on my vehicle. The wait was not long and actually had not only the oil change which I went for but always air filter and wiper blades. I love my salesmen Sean. I have bought 3 vehicles with him.

We had a side mirror replaced and Brandon called when the job was completed. He said it would take an hour and it did. We bought our GMC from Courtesy Motors and use only their service department. Always pleased with the workers and work. A great company, that strives to always do an outstanding job.
