I got to my appointment 1 day early. I had the wrong date on my calendar but she fit me in for my oil change and fixed the issue of my On Star staying on, which had already been in the shop yet nor fixed. Very pleased with the service.

I picked up my car Friday, Dec.13th. I smelled gas coming home with it but assumed it was because the fuel pump and fuel pipe had gotten changed. I continued to smell gas every time I drove it so this morning I went back to Courtesy so they could find the problem. They found a fuel pipe had a leak possibly from moving things around to change the fuel pump so another fuel pipe had to be changed. While I understand they didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t charge me for the labor, Iļæ½ļæ½ļæ½m not sure that I should have been charged for the part either!! It wasnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t leaking when I brought it in the first time!!

Well only thing is I wanted to leave a comment in my file about a one time issue I had with the audio system and was unable because the person that waited on me for an oil change did not allow. I did tell her about and a salesman and they both said it was probably a software issue. I just wanted a record to be made in case it happened again.

Ran out of oil, didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t follow through with fluid levels such as windshield wiper fluid, didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t lubricate chassis as part of the process, removed the oil filler cap with grass and accumulated dirt as opposed to cleaning before opening!

The batteries died in our 2015 sierra Diesel truck on a weekend. We were able to get it to the service department and left it in the early bird drop off. They contacted us early on Monday morning and our truck was ready with the new batteries by Monday afternoon. We always use the service department at Courtesy GMC for our truck. We have been very pleased
