We are very happy with our second vehicle purchase with Courtesy. The salesman, Bradley, was respectful and courteous. He listen to us when we explained to him what we were looking for. He didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. He worked hard and did an excellent job in making us the deal we were looking for. He was also excellent in explaining how to operate our truck and how to access and use all the accessories. Ian also did an excellent job in explaining the finance part our deal. We purchased an Enclave in 2018 and are very happy that vehicle also. We rate Courtesy Buick GMC excellent in all categories. If we should ever need another vehicle we will be visiting Courtesy again. We will also recommend Courtesy to all our family and friends.

Everything was excellent. Couldn't make our 7:30 appt due to weather issue's. They were able to fit us in @ 10:30 and we had our car back by 2:30. Everything works great and looks good.

I had an opportunity, on a Friday afternoon, to have my GMC Canyon maintenance (oil, tire rotation, etc.) service. While I was waiting, I found out that a GMC recall of my emergency brake was required. A separate item was a personal mail scam of my extended warranty. I visited with my salesman, and he got with the finance manager and they researched my GMC Easy-Care extended warranty is satisfactory. Thanks to all!
